Please read carefully before proceeding
01 Eligibility
- Only students who have successfully completed their program and have been issued a certificate are eligible to register.
- Students with pending fees must clear them before the ceremony.
02 Registration Fee
- Registration fee: ₹250 per student.
- Pending course fees must be cleared at the time of registration.
- Fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
03 Accompaniment
- Maximum 2 accompaniments per student.
- Age less than 10 years are not allowed in the ceremony hall.
- All accompaniments must provide valid ID proof (Aadhar).
04 Conduct
- All attendees must follow the code of conduct during the ceremony.
- Dress code: Formal attire is recommended.
- Mobile phones must be switched off or kept on silent mode.
05 Data Privacy
- Your personal information will be used only for graduation registration purposes.
- Data will be shared with relevant authorities for certificate processing.
06 Certificate Collection
- Graduation certificates will be distributed during the ceremony.
- Certificate pass will be sent to the registered email.
07 Important Dates
- Registration closes on: 30th August 2026
- Graduation Ceremony: 20th August 2026
