About Sri Krishnasamy Arts and Science College

A Legacy of Excellence in Higher Education

Sri Krishnasamy Arts & Science College is a major Co-Ed College for Arts and Science located at Mettamalai, Sattur in the Southern district of Tamilnadu. We have been a leader in providing education for semi-urban students for over 11 years.

The trustees of the "Sri Krishnasamy Educational Trust", Sivakasi, are also trustees of Sri Krishnasamy Fire Works, an institution that has enjoyed a longstanding and reputable legacy. Driven by the vision to provide higher education opportunities for the population of Sattur and Sivakasi, Sri Krishnasamy Arts & Science College was established.

The college was officially inaugurated on 19th June 2014 by Dr. Kalyani Mathivanan, Vice-Chancellor of Madurai Kamaraj University. Our initial development focuses on academic excellence and equity of educational opportunity, particularly for the underprivileged.
