General Conduct & Campus Decorum
- Discipline: Students must respect school rules and maintain the dignity and decorum of the institution.
- Dress Code: Students must wear a complete, neatly pressed uniform. Nails must be trimmed, boys must maintain a proper haircut, girls must wear their hair in plaits, and shoes must be polished.
- Prohibited Items: Jewellery, money, valuables and electronic gadgets are not allowed unless required for academic purposes.
- Campus Atmosphere: Parents and visitors are requested to wear formal attire and interact courteously with staff.
- Secular Values: School activities promote moral principles, mutual respect and unity.

Attendance, Health & Safety
- Punctuality: Parents must ensure their children arrive at school on time.
- Leave Policy: Leave requires a genuine reason and prior permission. A medical certificate must be submitted for illness-related absences.
- Emergency Pickups: A parent or authorized guardian must personally obtain permission for an early pickup.
- Health Precautions: Parents should not send sick children to school, particularly when they have a communicable disease.

Academics & Student Development
- Independent Learning: Students complete projects, expositions and self-learning assignments independently, with parents providing guidance.
- Skill Enrichment: Parents are encouraged to provide children's magazines, mythology-based comic books and library books, and encourage listening to English news debates.
- Extracurricular Involvement: Children should participate in school activities to discover and develop their potential.
- Notebook Maintenance: Parents should help children keep textbooks and notebooks clean and organized.

Parent-School Communication
- Communication Channels: Parents must check and sign the student diary daily and monitor official emails.
- Contacting Staff: Teachers may be met during PTMs or on Fridays after dispersal. Coordinators are available on working days from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Principal meetings are by designated hours or appointment.
- Grievances & Feedback: Use the suggestion box, contact the school in person, or email newtonsapppleeriyur@gmail.com.
- Prompt Responses: Respond promptly to school calls and circulars. Report changes to contact details without delay.
- Attendance at Events: Parents are expected to attend PTMs and school programmes and provide constructive feedback.
