Grievance Redressal Cell
As suggested by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi, Kailash Women’s College has established a Grievance Redressal Cell to provide a mechanism for redressal of students’ grievances and ensure transparency in admission and the prevention of unfair practices.
The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) aims to look into complaints lodged by students and redress them as required. Students can submit grievances regarding academic and non-academic matters within the campus through the online grievance form or the grievance/suggestion box. The institution aims to resolve grievances within a stipulated time.
The Cell is also empowered to look into matters of harassment. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the committee members in person or consult the officer in charge of the Grievance Redressal Cell.
