Fee Refund Policy 2024–25
In Compliance with UGC (Redressal of Grievance of Students) Regulations, 2023
Kailash Women’s College shall consider requests for cancellation of admission or withdrawal if the request is made in accordance with the applicable guidelines.
If a student chooses to withdraw from the programme in which she is enrolled, the refund of the fees paid will be made as per the following UGC guidelines.
Admission Cancellation and Withdrawal
a. Notwithstanding anything contained in any guidelines, prospectus, notification or schedule, a full refund of fees shall be made by Kailash Women’s College (KWC) on account of cancellations of admissions or migrations of students up to 30 September 2024.
For cancellations up to 31 October 2024, a deduction of not more than Rs. 1,000 may be made as a processing fee, as stated in the supplied policy.

b. For any admission schedule extending or commencing beyond 31 October 2024, the provisions contained in the UGC Notification issued in October 2018 regarding refund of fees and non-retention of original certificates shall apply as given below.
Percentage of Fee Refund
The percentage of refund is determined by the point of time when the notice of withdrawal of admission is received by the Higher Education Institution (HEI), in relation to the formally notified last date of admission.
