The SC/ST Cell is an organizational unit that focuses on promoting the welfare and addressing the concerns of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) employees. It works to prevent caste-based discrimination, support grievance redressal, encourage inclusivity, and monitor the implementation of policies related to SC/ST welfare.
